Departmental game-changer! Lead the way in meet Gatsby Benchmarks by writing careers into every unit taught. Give teachers a tool to do just this. The resource it a spreadsheet which shows a list of physics modules in one column and a whole range of possible careers in the other. For teachers to add to their SOW. For every lesson it is possible to mention a careers relating to the module being taught. This helps the teacher comply with the government requirement to address careers in the curriculum to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks. Or given to students to help make a link with study and careers options. The link between a subject and a career is relevant to all schools, curricula , standards and specifications.

Careers advice for primary schools. This resource is to support primary school teachers delivering KS2 careers and PHSE (Personal, Health, Social Education). There is a detailed advice sheet for teachers to find enterprise and financial resources and to help pupils find information about jobs, careers, and their future. In addition there is a record sheet for pupils to fill in during years 4,5 and 6. It should also provide feedback for teachers to see if pupils raise their aspirations. National Careers Week is in early March each year.
